Dyno'd my JRSC ITR

yesterday. dynojet. 2k ITR, stock JRSC, hondata S200, Kami header, mugen exh, new 2.5" cat and an intake. 195 hp and 135 tq. tuned by the guys at King motorports. the car is a beast to drive now. SO linear it is sick. i know, i know, not mega HP and not over 200. but we kept the timing and fuel on the conservative side and i do not ahve cam gears. overall, i am TOTALLY psyched!! the car pulls SOOOO smooth and hard. i also have the winpep dynojet files i can email anyone who is interested.

dynojet reads higher? i don't really take the numbers to be "god's honest " but more to be used as a reference to my own car and as a reference to others who have used a dynojet, to see if i am "in there" or "way off". seems to me, from seeing other ITR JRSC dynos and the like that i am "in there" with the minimal 4.5 psi kit. i am really happy with it in terms of driveability and quickness. and eys, the tuning was with daily driving on 10% ethanol pump gas, 100 degree days upcoming, and plenty of hot laps on the race track in mind.

Let's say for a moment that the HP numbers are "somewhere in the ballpark," but why are your torque numbers so low? Even conservatively tuned JRSC cars pull 150+ ft-lbs.

150+? not from any of the Dyno sheets that i have seen ... those must be cars running more than 6 psi. even the dyno sheets from Hondata don't show tq that high ... but, i will go back and see if there IS something going on since the consensus seems to be that my numbers are lwoer than expected ... man, 150+ lbs of torque with only 4.5 psi seems damn good!
